Meeting stewardship

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective and last updated: October 14, 2026

Purpose

Stewardship Infrastructure Group™ reserves focused time for each scheduled conversation. This policy protects that time while giving invitees a clear, respectful process for changing an appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the link in your Calendly confirmation or reminder email. Appointment availability is not guaranteed and a replacement time must be selected from the dates currently offered.

Late changes and no-shows

A change made less than 24 hours before the appointment, arrival more than 10 minutes late, or failure to attend may result in release of the reserved time. A new questionnaire, renewed human review or written approval may be required before another meeting can be booked.

Changes initiated by SIG

If SIG must change or cancel a meeting, we will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible and offer available rescheduling options. SIG is not responsible for losses arising from a schedule change or from outages affecting third-party calendar or conferencing services.

Qualification and engagement status

Completing a questionnaire or scheduling, rescheduling or attending a call does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, scope or a client engagement. An engagement begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

Questions or exceptional circumstances

For an urgent or exceptional circumstance, contact advisory@stewardshipinfrastructuregroup.com. Requests are reviewed individually and do not guarantee an exception.
