When you complete an assessment, we collect the contact information and business, learning or accessibility information you choose to provide. We also store your selected pathway, assessment responses, preliminary routing result, confirmation reference and submission time. Standard hosting services may process technical information such as device type, browser, IP address and security logs.

How information is used

• Review fit, readiness and the appropriate division or service.
• Respond to your request and communicate relevant next steps.
• Operate, secure and improve the Concierge and website.
• Maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. A preliminary Concierge result supports routing; Portia or an authorized human reviewer makes service and acceptance decisions.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, protected health information, legal case files or other highly sensitive records. Assessment prompts request categories and operational context only.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by website hosting, database, security, communications and professional-service providers solely as needed to operate the business. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for review, follow-up, security, legal and operational purposes, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

Your choices

You may decline to submit an assessment. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Email privacy@stewardshipinfrastructuregroup.com and include your confirmation reference, if available, so the request can be matched accurately. Do not send passwords, account numbers, health records or other sensitive documents by email.

Children and changes

This website and its business assessments are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as services and legal requirements evolve; the effective date above identifies the current version.
